About Coach

My Journey into Coaching


  • Began coaching at age 14, training kids in my neighborhood after spending hours practicing outside my home.

  • Started volunteering at age 15 for youth soccer camps, gaining early experience working with players of all ages and skill levels.

  • Coached for various youth clubs and summer camps across the Bay Area, continually refining my methods and communication.

  • Coached at a San Francisco–based contractor, coaching at preschools, private schools, parks, and birthday parties.


    Trained 300+ children per week, some as young as 2 years old, while working six days a week.



  • Most recently served as Coaching Director, overseeing 30+ school and daycare locations.


    Ensured consistent quality, curriculum delivery, and coach development across all sites.

A Legacy of Experience & Dedication


  • Over 20 years of involvement in soccer as a player, coach, referee, director, and league co-founder.

  • Played and officiated at competitive levels for over a decade each, providing a complete understanding of the game.

  • Helped establish multiple local leagues in Tri City area

  • Served as Referee Director for the past two years, coordinated scheduling, standards, and development.

  • Completed a preseason with De Anza Force Academy u16 under Shaun Tsakiris (U.S. Men’s Youth National Team Coach u16, u17, u20) following the 2013–2014 season

  • As Referee Coordinator (independent contractor):


    Negotiated multi-year, undisclosed-fee contracts.


    Built long-term partnerships over nearly a decade, developing strong administrative and logistical expertise.
